Liberty BASIC game examples

Just BASIC is a great way to start building games but Liberty BASIC offers more. These links take you to a couple of games in .exe format so you will be able to run them. I coded them a while back, they show some of the huge potential Liberty offers game creation with it's API support. The main differences are multiple concurrent sound effects and access to the blitter for fast background/sprite painting.

I am 101% agree with you Rod. Just BASIC is a great language to start creating a game but Liberty BASIC offer more. Your games is pretty impressive and with a great commercial quality.

There is a lot of advantages in Liberty BASIC especially with it additional fast background and sprites painting; also with a better sound and music functions. We also; can use the powerful API/DLL abilities to enhance the gaming experience.

As usual, I always ask. Can Just BASIC do this kind of amazing stuff with its native command code? The answer is up to the programmer based on his/her experiences, skills etc. Every programming language have its own limitation, but I know one thing that have no limit... it is 'imagination'.

I truly hope that the future version of Just BASIC will give more features and flexibilities.
