MAXTTT challenge
This is my entry, ugly ugly code, don't even bother to look at it. It seems to run, it plays a poor game. However it was fun trying to get to grips with it.

Here is my tictacno entered in the text category. It will try to follow prior successful games or use a static move evaluator. Its presented early for opinions and possible suggestions/bug reports, etc. An improved entry may follow before the end of month cutoff.
