Ip addresses are banned when someone violates out TOS.
This usually is related to spam and includes link(s) to a commercial site(s) .

Sometimes blocks of IP addresses are banned at the same time and you may have been inadvertently included.
If this is the case, post the error in the General Board of the JB Forums and one of the administrators will clear your IP.

There is one problem. Then you banned you can not read forum at all, so you never read this message if it actually happens.

If a person knows that they might have got caught up in an IP block ban they only need to post at the JB forums instead of wondering why they were banned.

Also, when a person was inadvertently banned, and subsequentially reinstated, they deserve an explanation as to what happened.
