BMP pixel-by-pixel reader
reads and displays information in bitmap header.
palette and bitmap itself.

- to all Just Basic users who find this interesting (or useful)
all color depths I've seen (1, 4, 8, 16, 24 and 32)
no compression
bitmap examples included - created by Gimp from very old file of unknown origin YROSE.JPG
