Keno Game

Post by oldsalt71 »

I hope this works. This is my first post of a completed product.
This is a keno game which I designed to simulate the kind of video keno game you might find in a real casino.

There may be better ways to do some of the things I did in this program. I am completely open to suggestions.

The basic premise of the game is that you have a board with 80 numbers. You will be given the option to add money to your bank or to recall any winnings you may have save from a previous game. To begin, you must make your bet. One credit equals $0.25. Either bet one credit or more. The BetMax button will bet 4 credits at one time. Then, with the mouse mark from 2 to 10 numbers. If you don't like your choices, you may click on a marked spot to remove it and remark another number, or click on the Clear button and start over. When you are ready, click on Start. The game will pick 20 "random numbers" and display them on the board. Your win depends on how many of the 20 numbers hit the numbers you have chose. You win is calculated on the basis of the payout table shown on the left side of the screen. When game is complete, you may just hit the Start button again to replay the same numbers, or if you want new numbers, click on Bet Max or Bet One, then click on numbers you want to change or click on Clear and remark as many numbers as you want. If you should hit BIG and want to save your winnings you may do so by clicking on the Save button.

I hope you enjoy this game. If you have any comments or suggestions on either how you enjoy the game or how I can improve it, please post a comment.
