How do I add the .bas file?

Move a copy of the bas file to the folder you use to create the distributions
A license for the 3D engine, 3D Compiler, and their support Dlls should also be included.
There are a couple Thumbs.db that should also be removed, they are only valid on your machine.
Rezip the package without JB's Dlls, Slls, and runtime engine.
