Romantic Challenge

Valentine's Day falls on February 14, and is the traditional day on which people let each other know about their love.
Valentine Day has become a day for the exchange of tokens of affection.
Why not create a special gui program to express a message of love to her or him ?
The dealine will be on 14 February 2006 of course !

2nd version that runs on high/true colour 16/24/32 bits if the other version fails to run.
