KenoTime Has Been Repaired

Hi all !!
First off, my apologies to all those who downloaded KenoTime and then found it buggy. So sorry
The GOOD NEWS is that I fixed the bet/credits problem, and the issue wherein more than 10 picks could be selected, and it now allows the user to de-select numbers properly.
As the game would 'steal' last bet and not post winnings, I fixed that as well.
I also re-made the *.zip file and included KenoTime.bas in the folder. New copy of KenoTime with the updates is now available for download, that is, minus the runtime, *.tkn, *.dll, and *.sll files (per archive rules).
Please note my thanks to all who helped in the comments at the top of the program (bas) file.
P.S. ... Next time, I'll work harder at goof-proofing !!
