KenoTime v 1.00 Finally Finished !!

KenoTime for JustBASIC !!
I finally got a playable version of my keno game done, and it's ready to be critiqued. All comments welcome.
It works in Vista, XP, and 98se (tested in those).
Upgrades are being worked on.
The download file contains the *.tkn file, *.wav directory, *.bmp directory, and then normal *dll & *.sll needed.
