Here's the very first demo of my isometric RPG game. It's very basic at the moment, but when I get time I'll be adding more graphics, characters and objects.
The keys are : 1 to 9 on the keypad moves the player (5 doesn't do anything yet, but it will be used).
Press q to quit out.
If you want to see the other levels, change the LEVEL variable. The valid values are 1, 2 or 3.
Let me know what you think!

The graphics are great but the game runs very slow on my system then crashes. My system is a Pakard Bell Laptop spec found hereMrData wrote:Here's the very first demo of my isometric RPG game. This program works perfectly fine on my computer and it is a pentuim II porcessor (233MHz) 128MB RAM and win98SE, so i dont see why it should crash....
Anyway the games graphics are brillant, however i cannot actually see the point in it yet.... I go out into the middle of no-where to no avantage... you could at least add some sort of path that i could follow so i know the places i can go...
Very Creative Keep It Up...

Questions about cartoon smart would handled at their site.
It looks like you are going to need to purchase their tutorials.
Have you tried Just BASIC?
It's free and has it's own forums at http://justbasic.conforums.com/
