Coral Fishing

Back to nature... I've been for fishing in a very beutiful tropical climate islands recently. There are thousand of marine species in the coral areas with a very colorful and different shapes. So, I decided to create some simple recreational game with Just BASIC to bring all Just BASIC's member the FEELING of fishing. Like programming, fishing is a very interesting hobby.

You need to be patient as a fishing is not for action-fast gamer. Feel the music and polish your fishing skills. Enjoy!

Hi LanoG,

Very pretty game.
I tried catching a fish for a couple of minutes, did not manage, so got bored, looked at your illustrated list of fish on the right and then, while I was not paying attention, a fish jumped on my hook !
Is fishing always this tricky ?!

Well, in the real life, sometime it takes few hours just to catch one small fish. It is important to check the location or area where you know that a lot of various type of fishes playing inside. Here I listed few factors to be consider before you go for fishing in a real life, such as:

(a) locations/area
(b) suitable equipments
(c) type of baits
(d) a little bit of fishing knowledge

The exciting time is when you 'feel' the fish movement when you pull your hook up. I really like that moment... You should try to go to the nearest lake/river/sea where there is a fishing spot and try it.
