Toolbar simulator

This 3 state toolbar simulator was written by John Davidson and released as public domain.

The idea is to use three bmps to represent the three button states of each button on a toolbar.
When buttons on the toolbar are pressed the program branches as a normal button would.

I modified your code to add tooltip with that toolbar. I hope this will give another way to produce tooltip together with your toolbar.
