Why is one needed, pray tell? I'm an open-source guy myself. And especially with something like a shell. For all people downloading it know, CelOS Tigress may have the ability to shut down the computer! It doesn't though. But they don't know that until they've downloaded it!

This is the new copy of WinEX. Much more stable, etc. Modify Settings.txt before using Document Storage, Web Browser, or E-Mail client . Password is jbrocks, Username will be displayed as "WinEX User". Feel Free to modify the source code so you have your own name at the top.

There is no TKN of the main CelOS program.
