Just added three more utilities and started a help file.

Here is the start of my machinist calculator. Run the Mach_Calc file. Everything else stems off of it. obviously, the Jbeditor button won't work unless you put a copy of Jbasic.exe in the same folder.

Updated similar to Rt_Triangle1.zip but added code to output degrees in DDºMM'SS"

Also added "*******************" to disabled boxes instead of "0"
