Platforms?

One of my fans has reported that my JB games will not work on his Win95 machine. Anybody have a clue as to why not?

Is it written somewhere what platforms JB will work on? As in, what is a minimum memory size? And what versions of Windows will JB work on? Or maybe, is it known what versions of Windows will not tolerate it?

Any advice will be appreciated.
